Prepreg Carbon Fiber materials are characterized by high durability and low weight. Carbon is very often utilized in motorsport, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various types of spoilers, diffusers, splitters and flaps are often made of carbon.
Our Carbon Division, a production facility specialized in working with carbon fiber, produces the components we offer, including the Front Splitter for the Audi RSQ8 Mk1. The front splitter is an aerodynamic element of the front of the vehicle that covers the lower section of the front bumper.
The front splitter lowers the bodywork. This reduces the airflow area under the front of the car by 2 centimeters. The splitter is equipped with mounting holes. These holes prevent interference with the structure of the component, thus not compromising its strength.
The front splitter was manufactured in Poland using a thermo-pressure treatment. Carbon fiber is cured at high temperatures and under high pressure using an autoclave. This is a state-of-the-art carbon fiber production method, guaranteeing excellent results – both in terms of strength and visual properties.
We ship carbon products properly secured - in addition to regular foil that protects the component from scratches, we also use a large amount of bubble wrap and a protective mat that secure the product from impacts and vibrations during transport.
